Reflexology Feet Massage vs. Foot Fetish & Worship
Smile… Your about to get one of the best treats EVER!
A man pampering your feet. Foot reflexology when performed by a professional can transcend you to Nirvana!
When given by a lover playing with your feet or a foot worshiper it can be a trip to heaven. Stress relieving Nirvana or Heaven… Which will you choose…Oh boy. Whatever your choice it is a delight not to be missed.
Foot Fetish/Worship
Many men have foot obsessions. Your not alone in that. A size 13 with hammer toes or a small to normal well maintained foot covered in a personality revealing sole can be mesmerizing and provoke all kinds of fantasy’s and naughty thoughts. There is a certain pickiness that one exhibits when contemplating rubbing, massaging, chowing down and licking between another man’s toes.
A ton of trust and discretion in his hygiene goes through your head, yet curiosity and his sexiness incline you to kiss and massage his feet, anyway. Inciting a very relaxed sensation.
Are his toes well kept? Or will he need a regimen of love and attention to get them into edible and touchable condition? Are you open to giving him the special treatment and giving him a pedicure? Your foot is a direct imprint and map to your body and promotes awareness to the major and minor organs in your body. A balance in your system is achieved when your feet are stroked and your mind relaxed. In addition to sexual benefits and feeling damn good, it is very healthy to get your feet stroked.
Anyone can become a foot appreciator but be careful not to over-complicate, or over think your technique versus your application. Just rub and ask how they like it. The beauty is, it doesn’t have to be perfect it just needs to not be uncomfortable for either of you.
If odor is keeping you from nirvana and you feel self conscious, seek professional help. Odors can be fixed with over the counter aids and treatments. And in the event that you have a foot condition, your health care professional can advise you of the best foot care regimen to get you back on track.
Just know that feet fetish is common among all men and really feels good on the receiving end. Straight men and queer alike. To a lover of pretty feet, they are delicious and an exhilarating experience to the senses.
Side Note: Shoe fetishes can end in Foot worship. Shoes seduce our imaginations and one can find themselves swooning over a particularly sexy collection of Boots, Tennis shoes, and dress shoes alike and the men that wear them. Shoes can produce instant sex appeal and is an exhilarating experience when shopping for them. They can even be an icebreaker and conversation starter. Shoe shopping even produces dopamine, a neurotransmitted “feel good natural high” that is released into your system by your brain. It doesn’t disappoint for those of us obsessed with feet and the instant sex appeal they have. Like a kid in a candy store, browse our masseur directory and find a beautiful man to massage your feet and have the object of your desire send you into the nirvana that awaits.
All in a pro’s hands.
What is Foot Reflexology and can it be sensual?
Reflexology aka Zone Therapy, when performed by a trained reflexologist can be sensual or therapeutic. Reflexology is a practice of massaging and squeezing on parts of the feet to promote improved health and well being. It can be performed on the ears and hands as well as the feet.
What Conditions can it assist with?
· Motivation and Enthusiasm
- Achieve Sensual Bliss through their feet
· Stress and stress-related conditions
· Tension and Migraine headaches
· To achieve mental clarity and focus
· Detoxification
· Digestive disorders
· Feels REALLY GOOD
· Arthritis
· Increased Energy
· Insomnia and Sleep disorders
· Hormonal imbalances
· Sports injuries
· Improved circulation
· Digestive disorders, such as constipation
· Back pain
· Blood pressure
Generally speaking, it promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing.
Reflexology is also used for post-operative or palliative care. A study in the American Cancer Society journal found that one-third of cancer patients used reflexology as a complementary therapy.
Reflexology is recommended as a complementary therapy and should not replace medical treatment. A typical treatment can be as long as you need it during the massage or individual scheduled sessions may last 45 minutes to 60 minutes long and begins with a casual consultation about your health and lifestyle while the massage is being performed.
Through gentle yet effective therapy the reflexologist will assess the feet and then stimulate various points to identify areas of tenderness or tension. According to your comfort level, the reflexologist will skillfully apply a sequence brisk movements to your zones and reflex areas providing a discernible response within the body to stimulate blood flow.
Reflexologists believe that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. For example, reflexology holds that a specific spot in the arch of the foot corresponds to the bladder point. When a reflexology practitioner uses thumbs or fingers to apply appropriate pressure to this area, it affects bladder functioning. Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatment
This pressing relieves tension and clears blockages by stimulating sensory receptors in the nerve fibers of the foot. This response is the body “becoming aware” of the message it receives from the nervous system as the feet, hands and outer ears are being connected by reflexes by achieving homeostasis, or balance, in the body. This energy is dispersed throughout the body and helps to break up and dissolve crystal deposits caused by an excess of uric acid, which has built up in the body and settled into the feet.
This usually results in deep relaxation as endorphins are released into the bloodstream, easing aches and pains, or a boost of energy or even sleep. A balance is achieved in those treated. Each person’s massage experience is unique and different dependent on their needs. Most people find reflexology for the most part to be very relaxing. Reflexology helps restore and maintain the bodies natural equilibrium and encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.
If tickling is an issue, do not be embarrassed, firm pressure is used and the masseur will adjust to your needs and your comfort level.
Reflexology shouldn't be painful. If you feel discomfort, be sure to tell the reflexologist. Some areas may be tender or sore, and the reflexologist may spend extra time on these points. The soreness should decrease with the applied pressure.
There is much to be gained by experiencing a professional reflexology treatment.
Some masseurs incorporate reflexology within their massage, both therapeutic and possibly sensual upon request.
While both massage and reflexology use touch, the approaches are very different. Massage systematically manipulates the soft tissues of the body, using specific techniques (for example, tapping, kneading, stroking, and friction) to relax the muscles. Reflexology focuses on reflex maps of points and areas of the body in the feet, hands, and ears using unique micro movement techniques such as thumb or finger walking and hook and backup to create a response throughout the body.
In short, massage therapists work "from the outside in," manipulating specific muscle groups or fascia to release tension. Reflexology practitioners see themselves as working "from the inside out" -- stimulating the nervous system to release tension.
Many reflexology styles include lying down on a table or taking advantage of a zero-gravity chair and having someone who really knows what they are doing playing your feet like a finely-tuned musical instrument is a pleasure words cannot describe. You must experience it for yourself. However, not all reflexologists are created equal and you must do your research in order to increase your chances of experiencing bliss. Consult your state’s reflexology association for a list of qualified, professional practitioner or see our list of masseurs below or check out GayMassageNow.com and browse your city for your nearest masseur.

Massage Business Sees Increase Over 2010
Welcome news for masseurs who have been hit hard by the economic downturn. U.S. retail sales during Thanksgiving weekend climbed 16 percent to a record as shoppers flocked to stores earlier and spent more, according to the National Retail Federation.
"Consumers are clearly demonstrating their desire to spend this holiday season, but are far from throwing caution to the wind when it comes to how much they will spend on gifts," said Phil Rist, executive vice president at Bigresearch. "Retailers will have to stick to an aggressive holiday promotion schedule to keep consumers interested."
Masseurs are also realizing higher revenue in 2011 versus 2010, bringing hope that 2012 will be a breakout year.
"The massage business did see a small increase this year, a sign that consumers are willing to spend on non-necessity items and services. Massage professionals should continue to offer holiday promotional packages and specials to help drive momentum into the new year," says GayMassageNow.com Account Manager, Nick Ampao.
Nick predicts an increase of 10-15% in new massage clientele for the coming year. The European debt crisis will, however, effect Europe-based professionals.
Nick advises massage professionals to not cease the holiday promotions and extend them well into the coming months, perhaps to Valentine's Day.

Give Your Man & His “Wand Of Light” A Boost With A Lingam Massage
Most men want to know how to give a great hand job, but did you know that by giving him a lingam massage you're not only giving him ample pleasure, you're also advancing his inner health, revitalizing his whole body while giving him a mind blowing spiritual experience?
Sounds like a pretty fancy way to give a hand job but lingam massage is no ordinary sex practice. This sensual couples massage is an age old M4M Tantric practice, derived from the Kama Sutra, an ancient Indian philosophy that involves sexual behavior, expansion of consent and awareness.
What is Tantra?
Tantric philosophy is an ancient science that originated in India. Intimately related to Yoga, Tantric techniques are used to expand consciousness and liberate energy. Tantra has been referred to as the "science of ecstasy" for its ability to draw couples together when used before or during lovemaking.
What is Lingam Massage?
In the world of Tantra, Lingam is the word for penis that loosely translates to 'wand of light' and the reason this tantric male massage differs from a regular hand job, or sensual lower massage, is that its purpose is to actually prolong arousal before ejaculation. This is done by continual stimulation of the Lingam where sexual energies are built up with massage then progressively slowed as he nears his sexual peak.
You may be wondering why you would want to defer ejaculation for as long as possible but the benefit of Lingam massage is that with practice men can develop controlling techniques to extend their lovemaking, which is great news for you. And they can also learn how to separate orgasm from ejaculation, which can make them multi orgasmic, which is great news for them!
And although many people have the mistaken belief that Tantra and Lingam massage is purely for erotica, its meaning is in fact much deeper than that. Although Tantric male massage definitely has a strong sexual element, its true purpose and remarkable benefit is that it actually heals and rejuvenates the body using sexual energy. With so many nerve endings on the Lingam corresponding to other parts of the body, it is believed that many common ailments can be cured by a good Lingam massage.
So the next time your man starts flashing his wand of light around, don't just give him a regular sensual lower massage, surprise him by giving him a Lingam massage. Not only will it calm him down, the different sensations of highs and low's of sexual pleasure will not only refresh him but also give his whole body a re-boot so to speak.
Nude Full Body Massage - Steps For a Lingam Massage
Lingam massage is all about putting him in to a deep relaxation to shift impurities in his system while promoting circulation. To achieve this you need give him a nude full body massage for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Use cold organic oils such as almond, sesame or olive, rather than essential oils and create a sense of calm by playing soft music and lighting candles.
Have him lie face down and start your male tantric massage at his head moving down the length of his body using varying strokes of speed and pressure. Spend time focusing on massaging his buttocks. Not many men are used to being touched here and with the dense muscle mass of this area, massaging them will relieve tension and send him in to a deeper relaxation.
When you are satisfied that you have done enough, ask him to turn back over again and position yourself either to his side or kneeling in front of his slightly bent opened legs.
Nude Male Massage
Begin to massage his inner thighs, pelvic bone and his perineum. As he starts to become aroused encourage him to slow his breathing by breathing in through his nose and slowly out through his mouth.
Slowly drip oil down the length of the lingam and on to the scrotum. Gently massage his testes in circular motions then give him a sensual lower massage by massaging the lingam around the head and the shaft. With your fingers wrapped around the head, use varying strokes to massage from the head to the base and back up again.
Remember that the point of the lingam massage is not to orgasm. Do not worry if the Lingam goes hard and then soft during your massage, this is actually the most desirable result. Hardness and softness are at opposite ends of the pleasure spectrum, which makes for a succession of pleasure peaks and troughs like riding a blissful wave.
If you think that he is going to ejaculate hold off and allow the lingam to go soft again. You can go back to massaging his inner thighs or other parts of his body before bringing your attention back to the lingam.
When he eventually ejaculates gently move your hands away then cover him to keep him warm. After such an intense experience, he will need to rest quietly for five to ten minutes.
The ultimate goal of Lingam Massage is to heal while connecting with your lover and the divine. With practice and time not only will it increase your man’s sexual pleasure it will also deepen your bond as lovers.

From the Islands: Fijian Massage
Imagine - you've had a hard day on the island. Climbing coconut trees, fighting off sharks, sweating under the constant sunshine.
Time to come home, lie on the floor and be massaged with skilful feet. Umm? Did you say FEET?
Yes!
Feet that can get to the source of your pain, releasing tension and tightness. Feet that can feel all your sore areas and can increase circulation, mobility and flexibility.
Why Massage with Feet?
Many massage therapists are ruining their hands, injuring their shoulders and stressing their necks giving traditional massage with hands/elbows. Statistics indicate that 80% of therapists have injured themselves within 2 years of beginning deep tissue work. Many therapists have to limit the number of their daily sessions or even quit the profession they love due to the strain/injury on their upper body.
Living in the remote villages of the Fiji Islands, Lolita Knight has developed a unique and effective therapeutic barefoot massage. Her protocol varies from other barefoot techniques in that no bars, overhead ropes, or oil are employed with her Fijian Massage. Most barefoot techniques either add strokes using the hands or require hands to hold on to the equipment. NO HANDS are employed with the Fijian Massage. In fact, a person with no arms or hands could learn Fijian Massage.
Fijian Massage does not include walking on the client's back as one foot remains standing on the floor. Fijian Massage is deeper and often more therapeutic than types of massage utilizing the hands –it gives therapists’ hands a break.
One of the main advantages for the therapist is this freedom of not using their hands preventing carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive movement injury. An injured therapist has a chance to heal. Hands are precious and should be saved to use only where and when they are required.
Can You Massage An Entire Body with Your Feet?
Treatment is not applied to the face and the anterior triangle of the neck. Protocols are designed for hands, arms, shoulders, posterior triangle of the neck, pectorals, trapezius, rhomboids, levator scapulae, back (cervical - thoracic-lumbar), gluteus, legs and feet.

What Components of the Foot Are Utilized For Massaging?
With the Fijian Massage you bring into play your toes, lateral and medial edge of your foot, the ball of your foot, the metatarsal phalangeal joint, the base of your heel and the edge of your heel.
Strokes may be gentle, deep or invigorating. Each part of the foot serves a different function. Various parts are engaged for warming the muscle, stretching, working around joints and Yang (heavy) muscles. The heel of the foot feels especially good in the trapezius and upper back area. The heel, while feeling very deep and therapeutic, suits small and large framed individuals from office workers to sports people. For more penetrating massage, the metatarsal phalangeal joint is utilized. Even the toes are gainfully employed to digitally work on specific areas.

Arousal During Massage
Although in the gay community happy endings are the norm, many who receive massages in spas fear the "boner" response.
I recently tried massage, and I was embarrassed because I became aroused. Is this abnormal?
Answer:
I guess this is a universal problem. Consider Seinfeld. Did you see the episode in which George goes to a masseur (male) and “it moved”? This has never happened to me, under hands of either gender, but I think I have gone out of my way to use excellent massage people I don’t find particularly attractive. In any case, this is certainly something these professionals are trained to deal with. I think the shiatsu girls have a quick little karate chop they give to Mr. Johnson that puts him back to sleep. Next time you get a massage, try to think of something extremely unerotic or boring. In the song “Woke Up With Wood,” ZZ Top recommends thinking about basketball when confronted with an unwanted woody. Or you can always say “Pardon my boner,” if you’re so inclined.
